The kinetic peculiarities of oxidation of CO over Co-containing zeolite ZSM-5 were investigated. It was shown that obtained dependences of reaction rate from reagent concentration can be described by Ili-Ridil mechanism, which envisages the opportunity of oxygen adsorption at the catalyst surface in both atomic and molecular form and the following interaction of CO from gaseous phase with adsorbed oxygen.
