Е-mail: daviden@ukrpack.net The photoconducting properties of the films of poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole with addition of compounds [M(II)(L)][MnCl4] (M(II) – Cu, Ni; L – 4,6,6-trimethyl-1,9-diamino-3,7-di-aza-nona-3-ene) are investi- gated in the visible part of spectrum. It is shown that light absorption and photogeneration of charge car- riers are conditioned by excitation of the molecules of hetero-metallic complexes as well as by formation, transport and capture on non-equilibrium charge carriers in polymeric matrix. The growth of photoconductivity in magnetic field could be caused by the influence of magnetic properties of the het- ero-metallic complexes on the recombination of charge carriers. Key words: hetero-metallic coordinating compounds, amorphous molecular semiconductors, photoconductivity, spin-dependent effects. |
